Beta test guide

Use this checklist to test the main CardGoGo flows before inviting more real users. Try the happy path first, then test mistakes like missing fields, duplicate slugs, locked fields, and unpublished cards.

Personal card test

  • Sign up or sign in.
  • Create a personal card.
  • Upload an avatar or logo.
  • Add useful links.
  • Publish the card.
  • Copy the public link.
  • Download the QR code.
  • Save the contact file.
  • Read the QR/NFC guide and test the stable /go link.

Company admin test

  • Create a company workspace.
  • Upload the company logo.
  • Add company info in Company Settings.
  • Invite staff.
  • Bulk invite staff.
  • Create a company card template.
  • Bulk create staff cards.
  • Publish staff cards.

Employee/member test

  • Accept a company invite.
  • Open the company workspace.
  • Find My Staff Cards.
  • Edit allowed fields.
  • Confirm locked fields cannot be edited.
  • Preview the public staff card.

When giving feedback

Include what you tried, what happened, what you expected, and the page you were on. Screenshots are helpful for mobile layout issues, QR/NFC testing, and permission problems.
